If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply send the item(s) back to the return address on your invoice within 30 days in its original, unused condition. For items past 30 days up until 90 days, a store credit will be issued.

For customers that wish to initiate a return, please send the item back to us. *Note customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you wish EBO to initiate the return shipping and label please provide exact size and weight of item(s). Shipping cost will be deducted from final refund.


For exchanges for different size, colour, or style. Please return item(s) back to us. *Note customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Please contact us here if you would like EBO to initiate exchange shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

For items that are damaged or defective, please email with a detailed photo including size label and we will send you a replacement item or issue you a refund accordingly. If we require damaged item(s) to be returned, a shipping label will be issued at EBOs expense.

Earth Baby Outfitters accepts no responsibility for any damage or lost items caused by return shipping carriers. We suggest adding insurance and tracking to all customer returns and exchanges. 

Once we receive the original item(s), and after inspection, you will receive a full refund for the original amount paid.

Please remember items must be in original packaging, tagged, unwashed and unworn. Anticipate up to 14 days for the funds to be credited back into your account.
